Ten days after the election, Lake County in northern California has counted only 30 percent of the votes.
8,532 votes have been counted in Lake County for the presidential race between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
Kamala Harris currently leads Donald Trump by 1.9 percent in Lake County.
Several California counties including Mendocino, Shasta, and Tehema have also counted less than 60 percent of their votes.
Most of California's counties are under the 90 percent mark in terms of vote counting.
The state of California has been called for Kamala Harris despite slow vote counting in some counties.
Across California, approximately 89 percent of votes in the presidential race have been counted.
Vote totals for the presidential race show Kamala Harris with 8,454,959 votes (58.7% of total) and Donald Trump with 5,513,785 votes (38.3% of total).
In past elections, Hillary Clinton won California with 61.7% in 2016 and Joe Biden with 63.48% in 2020, against Trump's 31.6% and 34.3% respectively.
