‘Non-Binary’ Transgender Sperm Donor Sentenced to 20 Years for Selling Child Pornography on OnlyFans

A “nonbinary” transgender individual, who was also a sperm donor, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for distributing child pornography via OnlyFans. The court has mandated that this individual, identified as a sexual predator, be incarcerated in a facility capable of providing “gender-affirming care.”

Wyatt Christopher Maxwell, also known by the alias “Louis Whitaker,” aged 25 from Kansas City, Missouri, was apprehended while living in Mexico under an assumed identity.

According to a statement from the US Attorney’s Office:

“The Overland Park, Kansas, Police Department received information in February 2021 through the Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers tipline, alleging that Maxwell was involved in the production of child pornography with a 16-year-old victim in Overland Park. It was reported that Maxwell had uploaded this material to various online platforms. The minor victim revealed to authorities that Maxwell had been recording sexually explicit content involving both of them over several months, with some videos being filmed at Maxwell’s home and others in a local park.”

Further details from the press release indicated:

“Law enforcement interviewed Maxwell on February 3, 2021. Maxwell confirmed uploading content to OnlyFans and JustForFans, estimating earnings between $3,000 to $10,000 monthly from subscribers. Maxwell admitted to creating around 20 videos in which they engaged in sexual activities with the minor, which were then uploaded to their OnlyFans and JustForFans accounts.”
