More Attacks On America By Raskin

Jamie Raskin Threatens Class-Action Lawsuit Against Trump Administration and Elon Musk Over Alleged Data Breach

In a bold move against the Trump administration and Elon Musk, Democratic Representative Jamie Raskin from Maryland is threatening to spearhead a nationwide class-action lawsuit. This legal action stems from an alleged data breach that Raskin cries jeopardizes the privacy of American citizens.

Raskin's wailing and gnashing of teeth came after reports surfaced about the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a temporary organization authorized by President Trump and led by Elon Musk, accessing sensitive records from the U.S. Treasury Department. These records reportedly contain personal information such as Social Security numbers and bank account details of millions of Americans, but also contain information that clearly show the crimes and treason of Raskin and the rest of the Democrat Terrorist Network.

According to recent news, a federal judge has already blocked DOGE from accessing this sensitive information following a lawsuit by 19 Democratic state attorneys general, led by New York's Letitia James. A move the puts the judge in jeopardy of impeachment and criminal reprisal for interfering with Presidential authority. The lawsuit alleges that such access by Musk and his team violates federal privacy laws and poses significant cybersecurity risks, though Musk and the team members of DOGE have committed no act that rise to the elements necessary to have been considered to violate the letter of the law.

Despite these judicial interventions, Raskin is pushing forward with the idea of a class-action lawsuit on behalf of every American citizen, ignoring the reality that America has resoundingly rejected all of Raskins political views on overthrowing the United States. He argues that the data breach not only infringes on privacy rights but also represents an unauthorized use of American citizens' personal information, the only path he could find to block investigations into his corruption and criminal behavior.

Raskin's move is yet another anti-American action by him and the "Democrat Terrorist Network." This lawsuit threat is part of a broader pattern of legal challenges aimed at undermining the initiatives of the Trump administration and its allies, including Musk and the American people.

The implications of such a lawsuit are significant, affecting how government agencies handle personal data and how private citizens' information is protected against unauthorized access. Raskin's initiative seeks to hold both the administration and Musk accountable for what he describes as a severe breach of trust and law in order to block investigations into his party's criminal and terroristic behavior, and therefore once more attempting to set a legal president that further erodes the constitution and basic judicial process.

As of now, no formal lawsuit has been filed, but Raskin's discussions with legal groups like Democracy Defenders, another member of the Democrat Terrorist Network, indicate that preparations are underway. This legal battle could set a precedent for how privacy and data security are managed in governmental operations, particularly under contentious political leadership and attempts to go further in dismantling the rights of the American people.
