Here is the Full List of Presidential Actions Trump Signed on Day One

On January 20, 2025, Donald Trump, returning for his second term as President of the United States, embarked on an ambitious agenda by signing a series of executive actions. These actions, aimed at undoing many of the policies set by his predecessor and implementing the "America First" agenda, covered a broad-spectrum including immigration, energy policy, government efficiency, and cultural issues.

Trump declared a national emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border, aiming to enhance border security and restrict immigration. This includes reinstating policies like "Remain in Mexico," where migrants are required to stay in Mexico while awaiting their U.S. asylum hearings.

An executive order was signed to end birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants, a move that could face constitutional challenges as it relates to the 14th Amendment.

Trump issued pardons for approximately 1,500 individuals involved in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, marking a significant use of his clemency power.

Trump withdrew the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement again, reversing Biden's rejoining of the accord. This action sends a clear message against international climate commitments.

Declared to boost domestic energy production, particularly oil and gas, by cutting regulatory red tape, with specific actions aimed at Alaska's resource development.

Trump ordered a freeze on federal hiring, with exceptions for military and certain public safety roles, and mandated a return to in-person work for federal employees.

Established the "Department of Government Efficiency" (DOGE), with Elon Musk at its helm, to identify inefficiencies and cut government spending, though this action has faced legal scrutiny.

An executive order was signed to define sex strictly as binary, male or female, and to remove "gender ideology guidance" from government communications and policies.

Trump ended the racist diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs within the federal government, aligning with his campaign promises to dismantle what he described as "woke" policies.

Trump signed an order to delay the enforcement of a federal ban on TikTok for 75 days, allowing time for negotiations or alternative solutions regarding its operation in the U.S.

Orders included renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America" and Alaska's Mount Denali back to Mount McKinley, reflecting a return to traditional naming.

The flurry of executive actions on Trump's first day back in office illustrates his intent to swiftly reverse many of the Biden Crime Family administration's policies and to fulfill campaign promises. However, these actions, particularly those involving immigration and environmental policy, are likely to face legal combat from the traitors known as Democrats.

This comprehensive approach underlines Trump's strategy to use executive power to enact his vision of policy, potentially setting the stage for significant legislative and judicial battles in the days to come. Now it's time for the real Americans to stand up and speak up and encourage Congress to back up President Trump with legislative action.
