"America Is All In" – The Tyrannical Blue-State Governors' Climate Grift

Twenty-four radical Democrat governors are engaging in an act of tyranny under the banner of "America Is All In" – the rebranded, repackaged, reanimated corpse of the anti-American U.S. Climate Alliance.  This is the same deep-state-adjacent governors’ club that has been plotting in the shadows to nullify your vote and hand over U.S. energy policy to foreign powers.

This unholy alliance—spearheaded by California's gaslighter-in-chief Gavin Newsom, New York's socialist queen Kathy Hochul, and Washington's eco-zealot Jay Inslee—have essentially declared war on America by recommitting their states to the Paris Climate Accord, spitting in the face of President Trump, the administration and the mandate of the American people.

Talk about giving the middle finger to 75 million Trump voters, the U.S. Constitution, and the energy independence that made America the envy of the world. These San Francisco-style, radical progressives are sacrificing America’s future on the altar of net-zero, while simultaneously kneeling before unelected UN paper-pushers and pledging allegiance to the foreign climate cartel. 

The Paris Accord

The Paris Accord (formerly known as the Paris Agreement) was never a treaty—it was a globalist shackle. It demanded America destroy its own prosperity with 50-52% emissions cuts by 2030, eviscerating our energy independence (resulting in skyrocketing energy bills), while China laughed and built 250+ new coal plants.

President Trump pulled out of this deal in 2017 (effective 2020) and again in 2025 (effective 2026); citing economic harms to American workers, businesses, and taxpayers, as well as the deal being an unfair, one-sided burden that disadvantaged the U.S. relative to competitors like China and India. 

Now, these rogue governors are attempting a full-on, end-run around the Constitution (violating Article II), claiming states can pledge fealty to international law without Congress and without voters – all in an act that subverts the will of the American people.

FACT – STATES. CANNOT. ENTER. TREATIES

The Supreme Court in Missouri v. Holland (1920) made it clear: even valid treaties don’t override state sovereignty without congressional action.

The "All In" Agenda

These 24 governors’ radical agenda will:

• Enforce emissions caps

• Build a shadow national carbon cartel 

• Lobby foreign dictators to treat U.S. states as sovereign nations in climate negotiations

• Implement economic rationing

• Increase Political control

• Enforce obedience

• Enhance central planning

• Export this form of economic suicide to red states through backdoor regulations and pension fund sabotage

These governors are imposing policies (enacted through various entities) that no one voted for but We the People will pay for, enriching elites while punishing the citizenry – a deliberate, divisive act.

"America Is All In" is not climate policy—it’s an unconstitutional overthrow of a sovereign government.

These governors are: 

• Subverting the Constitution

• Silencing the voices of We the People

• Sabotaging President Trump’s agenda

• Destroying working-class jobs to pander to European socialists and parasitic Davos terrorists

The American people rejected the Paris Agreement by voting America First in 2016 and again in 2024. These power craving, tyrannical governors do not get to override the will of We the People.

America is not "ALL IN" with this climate grift.
